Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that.

In the darkness, we cannot see the world around us. In the darkness, we feel alone and afraid. In the darkness, our creativity is atrophied because it’s harder to think outside of a box without light. We can’t do anything about the darkness in the natural world—but darkness in our hearts and minds is something that only love can drive out. Darkness has no power against the light if love is present; love will always win over darkness as long as there are those who want to fight it with all their might.

In this blog post, I’ll explore some ways you can use these words to create change for good in your life and the lives of those around you!

Push the darkness out!

Darkness cannot drive darkness out, but light can do the job. The darkness cannot take over a light place, but love will always win out in a battle against hate.

The darkness that surrounds us in life must never consume our minds and our hearts. Love is a powerful light that will always defeat darkness. When you are feeling down or like something is too hard to accomplish, remember that darkness cannot drive darkness out and only love can do that.

When it feels like our whole world is dark and nothing seems to help; remember the quote “Love is both patient and kind; love does not envy; love does not boast.”

Light and love will provide the answer. It may not happen immediately, and sometimes we have to endure pain and discomfort while we work to improve our situation.

1. Darkness cannot overcome darkness

You have the power to overcome your darkness. Seek help and support from those around you, it will make all the difference.

2. Hate cannot overcome hate

If you hate something, then the best thing to do is to change it. If we can’t change it right away, then let’s learn more about it so that we can make a difference in the future.

3. Love can overcome everything, including darkness and hate

Love is the most powerful emotion, even stronger than hate. Love has no limits; it’s there for anyone who needs it!

4. The best way to remove the darkness from your life is with love

The best way to rid yourself of the darkness in your heart is through love. Love for others and love for yourself.

5. Give in to love and let it overcome you

The universe is a mysterious thing, and we’re only just beginning to understand it. This means that there are things in this world that can’t be explained—things like love.

Maybe you should give in to love and allow it to carry you away.

6. Surround yourself with people who make you feel loved and happy again

I believe that it is important to surround yourself with positive people. You should be able to enjoy the beauty of life and its simple pleasures again by surrounding yourself with those who understand you.

7. Find a new hobby or activity that will help bring light back into your life

I love music. I feel like it has the power to bring light into my life, especially when times are tough.

I like to think that music is one of the most underrated hobbies. I mean, just listening to it can help you relax and calm down! Even if you don’t have any musical talent or knowledge, there’s something magical about singing along with your favorite song.

During a particularly tough time in my life, this song called “Change The World” by Eric Clapton really inspired me to overcome the darkness I was feeling.

In fact, this song helped me conquer any fear I had about being alone or getting through bad times on my own. In short, here’s why it’s so important:

If I can reach the stars

Pull one down for you

Shine it on my heart

So you could see the truth

That this love I have inside

Is everything it seems

But for now I find

It’s only in my dreams

And I can change the world

I will be the sunlight in your universe

8. Be open minded when meeting new people, they might be able to show you a different perspective on things than what you’re used to seeing

When you meet someone for the first time, don’t be too quick to judge them. You never know what they might have gone through or how they could help you in return.

9. Do not forget about the good qualities of those around you – we all have them! 🙂

No one is perfect, so we should not criticize our friends for their flaws. Instead of focusing on what’s wrong with a person, focus on what’s right about them.

Yes, I know it’s difficult when it’s dark.

When we are consumed by darkness, it can be hard to let light into our lives. We may feel like we don’t deserve it, or that the light won’t be able to overcome the darkness. But that’s where we’re wrong—light will always overcome darkness if we let it in.

The best way to let light into our lives is to embrace it. Embrace the good things around you, and let the love that is within you overcome any darkness that might be present. When we do this, our lives become filled with more happiness and love than we ever thought possible.

Shine the light!

So what are you waiting for? Let the light into your life today and see how much better everything becomes!

Same for me. I fully embrace the tenets here and live them. I’ve never understood hanging on to dark times. When darkness knocks on your door, the answer is to live in your values and virtues which is a place of light. Wonderful message! I really enjoy your blog! ♥
