The frosts have subsided and the sunlight has warmed the earth.

The daffodils and crocuses are blooming all over Britain.

During a walk, yesterday, a break in the clouds illuminated these beautiful flowers near to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.

The cycle of life is being kick-started once more.
