Navigating through life.

Photo of Matt The Happy Human. In a field in Worcestershire.

I don’t always know where I’m going.

I always end up where I need to be.

Sometimes I am there physically, sometimes mentally, sometimes spiritually.

I’m at home at the moment. I would be at work if it wasn’t for my stomach trying to eject food as soon as I eat it.

It is not a happy belly today! Although it’s uncomfortable and I’m tearing through Andrex quicker than a puppy locked in a bathroom, this too shall pass.

My body is at home, my mind and my spirit are exploring the countryside.

This discomfort is a part of the journey. Not allowing myself to feel despondent or jaded about my situation is one of the great lessons I’ve learned.

I know that it won’t last forever and I’ll be back at work and learning new skills soon.

Love to you all!

    1. Thankyou Cherie. It has been uncomfortable since Wednesday. I was driving home and thought it was bad indigestion. I got through yesterday at work by avoiding food. Today was too much. I wouldn’t be of any use to my colleagues or to myself.

Thankyou for your prayers. Whenever I’m ill I ask for the strength to tolerate the discomfort. I let my body and my immune system take care of the physical symptoms.

      Have a wonderful Friday ๐Ÿ™‚
